From the time we pulled in the parking lot we felt welcome and comfortable. The test drive went well and the car was what i wanted. I purchased the car and that process took a lot longer than expected but we were taken care of during the process. After purchasing the car we proceeded back to Michigan when it broke down 20 miles from the dealership. The dealership sent a salesman to take care of the car and wait for t... view morehe tow truck so we could make it home. It took a few days to figure out that the car was not able to be sold in its condition and i was very pleased that you offered to buy it back. After the fact it took over a month to finally get all of our money back from you but it was returned in full.
