I am very disappointed in the customer satisfaction that this shop provided. When I went to pick up my car for repair of damage from an accident, the dents were still visible, so I refused to take the car. Patti who helped me was was very nice, and also noticed the dent, as well as a friend who came with me. The manager, Marie, was not in, but when I called her the next day she was not very apologetic and made excuse... view mores, stating I was trying to save $. I never indicated to her that I wanted a cheap job. I pointed out the concerned areas and she assured me they would be fixed. When the car was picked up the second, the major denting looked well done, however, a very minor spot was refused to be fixed, because she had failed to write it out on the estimate, however, she verbally promised to have it fixed and stated it was not a big deal, since they would be working in that area anyway. However, not sure why she would want to completely blow any customer satisfaction on such a minor touch up. This was part of the damage that was supposed to have been worked on. I`m guessing she was not happy about having to make the car right, by working on it a second time. It wasn`t my fault that the car was not repaired correctly. I was referred to these people by a friend. However, because of the arrogant and uncooperative Manager not doing the work she had promised, she will lose more work in the future. My friend has 3 cars he was going to take to the shop for repair, but now prefers to wait and do it elsewhere. Not smart on their part. I would not recommend this shop.
