took too long to fix my car and lousy customer service

I took my vehicle to this shop to have my transmission repaired. It took 3 weeks! Way too long to do what needed to be done. His office is extremely dirty and disorganized. His price quote didn`t come close to what the actual bill came to. There were other times I took my car to have work done and it took him 4 visits to finally figure out what the problem was. I think he just let my car sit on his lot because... view more my car never moved from the parking place. Then he would call me to say it was fixed. But it really wasn`t. Later, I needed a letter from him to turn into Toyota because of a recall, but he wouldn`t do it unless I paid him to write the letter. He put me off for 6 months and still kept saying that he`s ""too busy"".
