Both the shop and area manager don`t stand behind their service. They lie and are very disrespectful. I would never go to this shop, and they don`t deeserve even one star.

A poorly run shop........

A poorly run shop especially in comparison to other Valvoline locations as having fun seems to be a higher priority than providing reliable automobile service. Given a number of good alternatives in the area, this is a place to avoid.

A poorly run shop especially in comparison to other Valvoline locations. The staff seems to be more interested in having fun than providing quality auto service. As car repair is expensive and auto safety is a very important, this is a place to avoid especially given a number of quality alternatives in the area.
