I have always had great experiences with Neal tire. We have taken all 5 of our cars to them for many years and have never had a bad experience. A couple of times when we took cars in for brakes, they have told us we didn`t need them yet and didn`t even charge us to look at them.

I recently took my car to Neal...

I recently took my car to Neal`s to get new tires and an alignment done. Everyone told me they were the best and they would take care of me. While my car was in their parking lot, it was hit. The whole rear side was dented in. Neal?ˆ™s took no action in helping to find who was responsible. The owner told us he would call the customers for that day but after four days we had to call him to find out he wasn?ˆ™t callin... view moreg. I will not recommend a business that gives your car back to you in worse condition than they received it and then lie about what they are going to do. I will be going out of my way to tell everyone about my experience with Neal Tire & Auto in Washington, IL.
