Owners and Staff, they`re crap...

crappy cheaters and liars... Go there if you want to pay OVERCHARGED price for poor quality work. You will get an extra OFFEND on top of it. Never be sure that work is done. Expect anything from this place...Don`t trust their technician, staff and especially Iranian owner. Go experience if you really have a free Saturday and money to waste.

Grand ? really

Very little oversight around this place. My car was kept for several days& finally I had to go & ask what was going on. The girl in the front had no idea & had to go looking for the mechanic & he wasn`t there so they told me to"" come back later & talk to the mechanic"" I couldn`t believe that they didn`t call with an estimate or explain what the problem was. It seemed like they just changed parts and hoped that wou... view moreld solve the problem.Big disappointment.

Incompetent idiots !

Brought my jeep in for check engine service . Was told I needed new sensors and that that might not solve the problem . Paid $600 for sensors . Still not working . Was told I needed a new computer module . Another $600 ! Screw that . Brought it to another shop and was told the new oxygen sensors they put in were the wrong ones . $ 200 fix and on my way . Stay away from Grand Shop on Buford Hwy !
