Beware...They will charge you ...

Beware...They will charge you double the cost that the repair should be. Check parts prices and labor charges elsewhere and you will cut your bill in half. Also they will want to fix things that don`t need repair.

BEWARE

Please beware of doing business with this organization. I brought my car in for a repair and had a very positive experience with the mechanic, Ralland. However, when I had problems I expected the same service, but was let down. Less than five days later had to bring it back to the shop because my check engine light came back on. The computer read the same error codes and they wanted to charge me for a second diagnost... view moreic, even though their policy states that they guarantee their work for 30 days. I insisted on not paying the second diagnostic fee based on their warranty and the fact that the SAME CODE was being read off of the computer. Then, after picking up my car, one day later it died in the middle of an intersection. The shop now refuses to work on my car. I have paid this company over $800 in labor and repairs and now I have a car that will no longer even run. The issues I had prior to working with this shop were minor compared to the situation I am in now. Please be careful.
