Didn`t even look at my car-- wouldn`t serve me

My car was acting funny, so naturally I took it to the shop. My dad suggested this Firestone location because they had taken good care of him in the past. I drove my car, which felt like it would die at any minute, to have them take a look at it and give me an idea of what might be wrong and hopefully fix it. I went it and explained the problems I was having, and without even looking at my car he told me to take ... view moreit somewhere else. I`d understand him telling me to take it somewhere else if they checked the car and found that they couldn`t help me, but these people couldn`t even tell you the color of my car. They NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT OR SAW IT AT ALL. Just told me to go somewhere else. A little dangerous if you ask me. I was shocked. Anyway, don`t waste your time taking your car here, just go ahead and take it somewhere else, since that`s what they`ll tell you anyway. Citysearch has made me give a star rating. I`m saying 1 because that`s the lowest option they`ve given, but this place deserves NO STARS FOR NO SERVICE.

This service center is great. It`s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, these people always take great care of me and my car.
