Very sloppy work. Put my car ...

Very sloppy work. Put my car on the lift wrong and bent the body panel behind the front wheel well. When they worked on my truck (clean EGR ports) they routed the heater hose wrong, over the top of the throttle body, and had it rubbing against the throttle body. If I didn`t check their sloppy work it could have stuck the throttle open. Very poor work.

Taking my Catera Cadillac for diagnostic testing at Merlins

I took my car in because the dealer who services my Catera wanted too much to fix my 10 year old vechile. The dealer said, "my coolant pump was leaking and my radiator was cracked at the top of driver side tank". The estimate was about $3200. I checked around and finally called Merlins on Austell Rd. The manager, Alan Kraus was very professional. He had the ceritfied mechanic check out my car. He came bac... view morek to my husband and me on numerous occasions to ask more questions about the specific things that were going on with my car. They worked on my car for at least 1, maybe close to 2 hrs. Being a person of integrity he told me he couldn`t find anything wrong. However, he did tell me things to look for in the future. Both my husband I were pleased as well as impressed with the excellent customer care and concern for my vechile. Merlins gained a new customer today because any time my car needs any thing done to it I plan to use Merlins as well as spreading the word to have your car looked at or serviced there. Again, thanks to Alan Kraus and his staff for a job well done!!
