My family takes all of our cars(5) to Kauffman and have for years. The service is always great and the staff is knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with broken hoses or hub caps missing. They even approved my son(whom had no credit) for a credit card so he could pay his tires off as he worked last summer. DOUBLE CHECK WORK!!!!!

Please take my advice. Double check thier work before you leave the shop. I took my daughters car there for tires and it come home with a broken heater hose. Maybe just one of those things. A couple of months later, I took my truck there for tires and either a hub cap was left off or loose. I noticed it missing after the 1 1/2 mile trip home.
