$180 PER HOUR - OUCH!
Gave them a call on a Saturday morning for a clogged washer. The showed up as promised in the time frame that the appointment was scheduled. After taking off the pump, and cleaning out the filter on our Frigidaire washer, the tech gave my wife a bill for over $187! The total time he took to fix the washer was right at an hour, and there were no parts replaced. Talk about highway robbery.
