06.19.2013 Took my 2009 Hyundai Accent for a repair, engine just died while I was driving. Service clerk indicated they only one tech for this car ( can not imagine if your car breaks down and he is sick or vacation). They carry no inventory for high turner over parts, that means you have to wait for the parts, she indicated it might take 5 days to repair. My advise to these people is if you do not enough techs... view more and an adequate parts department, with a good inventory get out of the business in servicing these cars. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICE BY THEM. 06.27.2013 Called for status on 2009, customer service has not called and given status of car, still I`m paying for a rental. Customer service clerk indicated tech, had a death in the family, not sure when he`ll be back, she not not know status of car, head when to machine shop last week. She is unaware location of said part ,in their shop or machine shop. Once again their customer service people show a lack of initiative on following up on status of their cars in there own shop, and the bill on my rental continues.
