Stay away! I spoke to Andreas...

Stay away! I spoke to Andreas about a week ago regarding a quote for service on my BMW, after which I was immediately quoted approximately $800. I agreed, and asked about their schedule for that day. He stated to bring it in, but I replied that I would not bring it in if I was not told when they can start on it (it was a 4hr job) since I travel often and need my car. I asked him to call me back, but he did not r... view moreespond later that afternoon. I called back the next morning and he was very rude, stating "do you want yoh cah fixed oh not" and quoted me an additional $160 FOR THE SAME JOB! When I asked why he would charge me extra, he tried to come up with an explanation "buddy, time is muhnee, vat do you want to do" I explained that his responses were completely uncalled for and he stated that I never call him again! NO PROBLEM!!! I wouldn`t waste my time with such an a55hole! If zero stars was an option, I would choose that instead!
