I recently had to contact Hometown Tire because new tires I purchased from them in 2009 and should have lasted at least 40K miles actually were tread bare after 19K miles. After contacting Michelin consumer affairs and receiving a claim number, Brad at Hometown Tire worked with his Michelin representative to replace my worn tires very quickly and at a reasonable cost.
