The service I`ve received at Back On The Road has been excellent! I`ve been taking my car to them for the past several years. They have always gone above and beyond what I have taken my car in for. Competitive pricing, good service, will use again

Quality work - Seem trustworthy

I had a lot of work done on a used vehicle that I had just bought. They explained everything out that needed to be done, prioritized it for me and then did the requested work. I guess I should expect that, but they seemed like good people. I overheard them talking to a teenager who had brought his car in and it needed an A/C compressor. I am not sure of the exact work, but they said it would be somewhere in the $... view more650 range. They told the kid to contact Hyundai because they thought it should be covered under the 100k mile warranty. The kid said he was the second owner. But the people at Back on the Road told him it didn`t matter, they should still cover it. They said they would love to do the work, but with them, it would cost $650 and if Hyundai covered it, it would be $0. I really felt like they weren`t in it just for a buck, but they gave the impression they actually do look out for their customers best interest. I will definitely be back.

Best Auto Repair in Atlanta

These guys are great and I will only let them service my VW from now on. Their prices are much better than any other volkswagen dealers such as Jim Ellis. I liked they did not try and force me to do repairs that are not needed. My car was fixed in timely manner and the price was fair.
