Horrible service, slow and incompetent. Only use them if you want to be stranded a long time. Drivers can`t find their way around.

Tries overcharging / manipulative Dont use!

My car was towed from private lot. I called the tow company, spoke with "sam" supposedly. He asked what kind of car,where from, how long, etc..I answered his questions. He said that if I wanted to pick up the car today he could make it less money. I asked him how much I owe on it even though i knew the answer b/c certified letter I got was $185.00 total at zero dollars a day storage, & all further sto... view morerage accumulating @ zero per day.. But he said it was probably more than 1,000 and if I got it today he could make it around $600. I started to say that I had a certified letter saying otherwise Then he proceeded to say i was wasting his time & he hung up on me. i called back, he called me a curse word. I asked him why he was calling me an a hole, and he said because he was tired of people calling and waiting his time basically, and hung up again..Dont business with them! PREDATORIAL TOWING COMPANY....

My advice, stay FAR, FAR away from these guys...I just picked up my car that was towed from a private restaurants parking lot over the weekend....I understand that it was on private property and had no real issue with it being towed....What I DID have issue with was the fact that they charged me $300.00 for a 7 mile tow!!!....Yup, $300 bucks....You could have it towed from Orlando for $300 dollars.....CON ARTISTS, SC... view moreAM, RIPOFFS....I encourage all readers to consider alternative services before engaging with this group in either their towing division OR their automotive repairs division, which is Billy Nelsons automotive and is located in the same building, as based on my reading of other customers reviews, they too are not a legitimate business.....Do your research folks....
