Pros: good friendly customer service. no appointment needed.
Cons: SLOW. claim 10 to 15 min oil changes. actually 1 hour and 15 minutes. charge $5 per quart extra over 5 quarts. try to sell you on other services. need to remind at every step to apply coupon. require too much personal contact info for a simple oil change.

Great Service
After having had the incorrect windshield wipers installed by a Jiffy Lube in New York only to have the launch off my windshield during a rainstorm in North Carolina. I not only received a replacement with no questions asked but the Jiffy Lube tech diagnosed the problem with the Jiffy Lube compatibilty chart and replaced them with the correct ones.
