Buy one $120 tire and get one free ... yet the bill comes out to nearly $400 this is no deal ... get your tires at Sears or Costco ... hell even Firestone is more honest.

I have been using Tire Kingdom...

I have been using Tire Kingdom on Tuscawilla for years. They have always given me top notch service and great deals...until Stephanie came along. The "Stephanie" does not seem to comprehend the concept of Customer Satisfaction. In the past, if I forgot a coupon and said I would bring it back when I picked up my vehicle, the team would move forward wth the work and then accept my coupon when I returned to ... view morepick up my vehicle...not so with Stephanie. She said I had to present the coupon before the work was started or I would have to pay the regular price. Needless to say, I left without having the work done. When I called regarding the $9.95 Oil Change special...she said it wouldnt apply to my vehicle, but when I called the other Tire Kingdoms in the area. they ALL said that my vehicle most certainly would be eligible for the coupon deal. This Stephanie has just cost Tire Kingdom Winter Springs my business.

Service has taken a nose dive.

I`ve been using Tire Kingdom on Tuscawilla for years. They`ve always been friendly, informative and given great deals and customer service...until recently. There is a new female employee there by the name of Stephanie. She is rude, curt, and provides the WORST customer service I`ve ever had at a tire store, garage or any other place that I`ve had to take my vehicle. In the past, when I`ve forgotten a coupon and said... view more I would bring it in when I picked up my vehicle, the guys were always accomodating. Not so with Stephanie...her power trip was a real put off. I`ll not go back there as long as she works there. I assure you am in no way sexist or cheuvanistic..but why is it that I only have ""issues` with females that wok in the service industry? Men seem to just ""get it"" and provide drama free customer service.

Do not buy tires at this store!!!!!

Do not shop at this location. I had been a customer there for years despite my wife feeling that they always oversold the need for tire replacement. I have five vehicles and have spent many thousands of dollars there. I always purchased the road hazard warranties. When I made my first claim for a tire which had blown out, they rejected the claim because I did not bring the tire back to them from my vacation which... view more I was on when the tire blew out. I suggest that you take your business elsewhere as I will do today and in the future. I could not even get the manager to return my calls or be in the store when I would be there to discuss the situation. Very poor customer service. Stay away!
