I was stationed at Tyndall AFB when my wife?ˆ™s radiator blew a seam. I?ˆ™m a do it your self guy so I removed the radiator and searched for the yellow pages for a radiator repair shop. I chose Whitehead?ˆ™s simply because it was close to the base. They repaired the radiator and I reinstalled it, three months later the radiator started to leak again. I didn?ˆ™t have the time to remove the radiator and needed a oil leak fi... view morexed that I had paid Buzz Leonard?ˆ™s to fix while the Jeep was in for a recall, so I dropped the Jeep off with Whitehead?ˆ™s. They repaired the radiator for no charge even though they didn?ˆ™t do the removal and replacement for the original repair. Whitehead?ˆ™s also fixed the oil leak for half of what Buzz Leonard?ˆ™s charged, and it the leak is still gone. They also repaired a cracked exhaust manifold for about the same price as I could have bought a new manifold, but I didn?ˆ™t have to spend a day under the hood cussing about the all the impossible to reach bolts. Don?ˆ™t expect a fancy waiting room, but do expect a quality repair that won?ˆ™t break the bank. If I still lived in the Panama City area, I?ˆ™d probably give up most of my do it your self auto repairs because of the connivance and quality service I received at Whiteheads. Zoran Whelan
