Charged $75 while admitting they did nothing

My daughter dropped her car off for service because one of the back power
windows wouldn`t work. When the ""technician"" pulled her car into the garage and
tried the switch it worked, so they did nothing more with the car. The service
manager even admitted they didn`t even spend 2 minutes looking for the source of
the problem, not even 2 minutes, and yet we had to pay $75 to get her car back.
I... view moref they had even spent 15 or 20 minutes to make sure that a wire wasn`t loose or
pinched or *something*, anything, to try and figure out what was wrong, I
wouldn`t have a problem with being charged, but they admitted they didn`t do a
single thing, not one single thing, and yet charged us anyway.
