I had the worst experience today, renting a trailer, I always rent trucks or trailers on the store at Kirkman rd and old winter garden, they are great! but today they did not have the trailer i wanted so they sent me to the store at orange blossom trail and sand lake rd, the manager is a jerk, arrogant and rude. it seemed that i was asking for a favor, not a paying customer. There was another customer mad with him wh... view moreen i got there and she said to not do any business with them, i had not option because today was my dead line. I assume he is the general manager, but he said he is the owner operator, the jerk?ˆ™s name is Jesse Ashdown. for sure you will NEVER see me in one of you store again.
