I agree with the previous review. This campnay is a complete scam, they take advantage of customers. They will overbill you and refuse to explain what you are being billed for. Stay away from this so called business. They have no regard for the laws that regulate their business and will steal your money or your car. I too had to get the police involved to get my vehicle back.

These crooks stole my car and stored it in their junk yard. They claimed that the vehicle did not have a permit in it when it clearly did. They saw that they towed it on error so they were forced by police to give the car back for free. when I finally go the car back it was all dented up and my front bumper was hanging off. worst company in broward county they should be closed down.
