This is the best experience I`ve had with an auto body shop. First, after calling several businesses, this was the first that answered my questions over the phone, and emailed me in timely ways with the estimates and information I requested. Richard genuinely made the process (not fun - car repairs), as easy as it could be. Second, I was impressed with the work that was accomplished. Although the repair took v... view moreery slightly longer than had been my first impression, what was done was impeccable. The surprising extra care with the vehicle and good manners, brought me to remember pleasant encounters in other longstanding small businesses over the years - quite rare these days.

Excellete

Our daughter had an accident in our beautiful Mustang. She lost control of the car and ran head on into a cement pole. We thought the car was totalled. However, our neighborhood body shop fixed her up - painted and restored the car to perfect condition. All of the employees have positive friendly attitudes. Thank you - BIRD ROAD BODY SHOP !!
