I have never felt so comfortable at a car repair shop. At no point did I feel like I was being sold a bunch of things that were unnecessary. James asked me a few questions about how I maintained my Lincoln Town Car, and gave me what he called a ?ˆ?maintenance program?ˆ? tailored to me that would get me caught up on the few things I needed as I feel comfortable doing them.
