Lucky I called!

I called Jeff after I lost Drive on my 2002`s Ford Focus automatic transmission. After telling him what I thought was wrong, he asked me to wait for his call while he researched the problem and the cost of parts. Within half an hour he returned my call and gave me an estimate while at the same time saying that he reserved the right to subject the car to his own diagnostice tester to make sure there were no discre... view morepancies. Upon arrival at his shop, Jeff greeted me pleasantly and connected his diagnostic computer to the car and ran a complete checkup. He said that his computer agreed with my diagnosis and that he would order the part and begin work on the car as soon as UPS delivered it the next day. The following day, I had just started lunch, when Jeff called and informed me that the UPS man had shown up early in the morning and that the repair was complete and the vehicle was running fine. After work I got a ride to his shop and was charged the cost of the origional estimate, with no add ons or additional charges. Car runs great, price was right!!! I would highly recommend Jeff`s Transmissions and more to my friends. My enemies?, maybe that big national chain.
