Primecar Deland

I agree with the last reviewer. They wanted to see my cash before making any deals. Then, they took the car I wanted to buy to their mechanic when I noticed the a.c. wasn`t full blast. I spoke to the mechanic. He assured me the car was in excellent condition. It had only 53,000 miles and looked beautiful. I had a three month warranty. Three month and two weeks after purchasing the car I needed a new clutch kit an... view mored had to have the transmission rebuilt. Since buying this car in June 2010, I have spent over $3800 on repairs. Be warned--do not use their mechanic. Stay away from this dealership. They need to realize that word of mouth from happy customers is the only way to build a business. And, the opposite also applies.

Terrible terrible terrible

Everyone that works for this place are a-holes and idiots. I had THE WORST experience EVER! I went there to buy a truck for my husband and I had 10,000 dollars cash. He looked at me and my friend like we were dumb kids and told us to not even test drive the car if we werent clear on numbers!! What kind of car dealership is this?? He said his manager told him to say that!! I have never experienced this in my entire... view more life. Usually you talk number After you test drive a vehicle. It was just unbelieveable.
