I bought a used transmission I was told it was in working condition when I bought it 5 hrs later I still had no car because they sold me a broken one. I tried to return or exchange it got told no because the Maniac that put it in broke the pump. How do they know they never left there offices to come look at it. They DO NOT live up to the warranty they sell. Avoid getting ripped off. Get your parts elsewhere. They sell broken items and ignore their own return policy. Instead of offering cash back or an exchange they accused me of damaging the item after I had pointed out the flaw and been reassured by the salesperson, Sandy. Worst business-related experience to this day

The truth

They write their own reviews online. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a used rim then immediately took it to get a tire fitted on. The rim wasn`t any good and they ignored their own return policy the next day accusing me of damaging the rim while transporting it to the service center. Great Prices on Used Auto Parts

The engine came with a 2 year warranty and ran perfect when my mechanic put it in. I ordered the engine and picked it up the next day. It was a very low mileage engine. They sell all types of automotive parts from small interior nobs to complete front ends, engines, and transmissions. They are also very easy to work with. I will use them again. John D.
