This was one of my worst experiances with a car repair shop I have ever seen. I went in because my car wasnt starting, I thought it was the starter. They told me it was the battery and charged me $45 for diagnostics and tried to charge me $250 to change my battery. I refused to get the battery and they engaged in a shouting match with me telling me im worng and that I will regret it. I went to Advanced Auto parts for... view more another opinion. My battery was fine and my clamps just needed replacement. It cost me $12 to fix my car instead of $300. These people are crooks. Never do business with them!

This tow company is unethical. AAA customers call for a tow service. dealerchoice is sent out. The AAA customer has give to AAA the address of the repair service they want THEIR car to be towed to. The tow driver will tell them THAT IS A BAD COMPANY . WE TOW CARS OUT OF THERE ALL THE TIME. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. YOU SHOULD TAKE IT TO DEALERSCHOICE.
