Horrible Customer Service

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not purchase vehicles from this location! They are not Better Business Bureau certified and if you have a problem with their salesman, Eddie, the manager, Carlos, will just side with him and blame customer service issues on Eddie not knowing how to speak English but never apologize for his rudeness. When I asked if there were any mechanical issues with the vehicle, Eddie responded by saying that is... view more "a stupid question". Then after I called and spoke to his boss about this, Eddie accused me of being a racist because I could not understand his English and told me meet him at the dealership (an obvious threat). BUYER BEWARE!!!
