First impression was good, Rich knew what to say. He suggested a "100 percent refundable deposit" to hold the car while he did a credit check. "We will not cash the check". They cashed the check, loan didn`t go, now I am getting the runaround about my refund of 300 dollars. They state that the boss has to cut the check, yet no one ever see`s him. Since then they have posted signs of no refund... view mores on deposits. Rich`s word means nothing. When I called he hung up the phone on me--very unprofessional and rude. Now I have to report them to the BBB and sue for my money. I will make everyone aware of these issues so they won`t have to go through the trouble I am.
