I brought my car here after an accident and used insurance to pay. They forgot to install a part, and when I brought it to their attention, they advised me that I should order it and install it myself. They offered to send me a check for the cost of the part, but refused to even pay for shipping! They were haggling over a $9 part, even though they made the mistake!
