DO NOT under any circumstances...

DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle to Girard Ford to be serviced. You will be given a quote for a repair and then most likely be charged 2-3 times the original quote. Dealing with this service dept. was an exhausting and draining (physically & financially) ordeal. By the time my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had felt like I`d been put through the ringer, stepped on, and then put through the... view more ringer again. By far the worst experinece I`ve ever had with any repair shop, period. In addition, Ford customer service is useless and their vehicles are taking a turn for the worse. I will NEVER buy another Ford product and will dicsourage all of my friends and family from buying Fords. Totally disgusted with the whole experience.
