Dishonest Cheats - My son had a minor car accident and the town of West Hartford towed his car here. I spoke with the owner about the total cost of repairs and we agreed on a total price to fix the car. It took them a better part of a week to fix the car. When I was told the car was ready, I went to pick up the car and found it undriveable with a broken motor mount.
