My son bought a car about 18 months ago with a very expensive service contract. Since that time his car had to be towed to them. One would think no problem, not so. They only cover the tow if it`s a covered thing that goes wrong. Ok that`s fair. Well they couldn`t fix it. That`s ok they cover rental, again only if it`s a covered problem. Again that`s fair. But now it has to go to the dealer. Another tow, it turned ... view moreout to be a miner thing that wasn`t covered so it cost us 2 tows and 8 days without a car. Now were doing it again. Towed to car Max on Monday, they thought it was just a battery thing . It`s now friday and it`s not a battery thing and it`s getting towed to dealer again second tow and again no rental. If they try to sell you a service contract believe me it`s not worth the paper it`s written on.
