Can`t get a word in

Serviceman called me on my cell while my car was being serviced with urgent repairs that had to be done that day. He wouldn`t really take ""no"" for an answer and he spoke so quickly, persuasively, and so much it was hard to get a word in. I left that day feeling like decisions had been made for me and paying a lot more than was in my budget.
