We have used Precision over a span of 16 years, they are consistently flawless in their repairs, and I take exception to the previous post about customer service being rude. The owner Doug, and the office assistant have never been anything but helpful and understanding, and have bent over backwards to assist us in dealing with insurance company repairs. Great Results and Customer Service

I had to write this review after seeing the other persons review. I have been to Precision several times, unfortunately, and they have always provided courteous service and great results.

When picking up a car once, one of the parking lights was not working. Not only did the crew come out immediately to fix the issue, but they recleaned the front of the car before we left. I will not use anyone else.
