Intallation problems

I bought a Viper remote starter from Rayco in Auburn. Every 2 weeks the car has been back to fix a problem. I was stranded in Andover and had to have the car towed to a dealer so they could tell me the problem was in the starter. The problem disappeared after Rayco spent 2 hours troubleshooting and ""found nothing wrong"".
