Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I found the truck I wanted online but was hesitant because Greg the owner was rude and unfriendly during the whole process. But I loved the truck so I bought it against my best judgement. 7 months later my check engine light came on. I had my mechanic look at it and in 4 hours he told me I needed a new Evap canister and that my oil pan was rusting out and quoted me $110... view more0 for the both. When I asked Greg at Trolley auto what he could do he said he would definitley beat that price but he had to see it so I drove it an hour to his shop and he told me he would call me in a day or 2. On the fourth day I called them and he told me it would be another 2 days to give me prices! After 3 days I called again and he quoted me $1600! So I waited a full week to get a higher quote when he promised me he would beat the price in a day or 2. Again, very rude and unfriendly during the whole process. Then after I get home I notice they didn`t even finish reassembling my truck. The engine shield was sitting in the bed next to the box of bolts.Worst customer service I have ever recieved!
