I would give this shop a 4.5 . After quite a few rip- off along with bad experiences, I finally got to a place where you are treated with respect and more importantly honesty!!. VERY VERY long story short: don`t buy here. Cars need a lot of care. Terrible experience with them that I am still going through at the moment and I bought my car almost two months ago. They have been late for every date they have given me for things to be fixed such as my a/c. The owner is rude and offers no compensation for their mistakes and causing for your inconveniences, I did not expect any compensati... view moreon but a mere "I`m sorry for you driving all the way here, waiting 4.5 hours for a 2 hour job and my mechanic making a mistake and your car wont even start now so you have to find a ride home and leave the car here" would have been good. My car has been there for 10 days so far. I am paying insurance and bought the car full, so where is my car? All together in visits, my car has been there 17 days to get the same problems fixed, a/c and breaks, in the one month and 2 weeks ive have it. Do not buy here, save yourself headaches.
