High Prices and Attitude

I have two Volkswagens and when I buy parts for them I find that McDonald is always 20% to 30% higher than other Volkswagen dealers in the area. When I bought my first VW I shopped at McDonald but didn`t buy there. The prices are higher and they will not sell a car without window tinting and clear bra, for which they charge much higher prices than you would pay for someone else to do it. So I bought my car elsewhere ... view moreand paid for someone to put on the clear bra afterward. Attitude in Sales and Service areas is very poor, unless you just pay the price and shut up! Take the time to go to a different dealer, it is worth it.
