Very Disappointed Customer!

I was certain I was driving 6 hours to buy a beautiful car I had prepared myself to pay too much for. I arrived after a long drive to find this vehicle uncleaned. Dog hair all over, french fries under the seat and a filty car. After telling the dealer I was coming the day before I was a little disappointed as there was plenty of time for this vehicle to at least have been vacuumed out.
I had also asked the dea... view moreler to sit inside the vehicle and tell me about scratches, dings, dents anything that might catch my eye in the wrong direction. I was told it was in mint condition and arrived to otherwise. The console, cup holders, doors were horribly scratches, paint missing off console in front and the wood grain cracked all around the gear shift.
I could ramble on about more but I think you catch my drift. This was a horrible experience!!! I think the dealers should have been a little bit more concerned with satisfying a customer! I drove 6, had a check ready and had already scheduled an appointment with the shop to have a dvd /tv installed the same day. It was so bad I didn`t even drive the vehicle, I looked inside and got right back in my car to drive the 6 hours back.

Low pressure, a pleaseure to work with car sales

I despise shopping for used cars. I test drove cars at 10 dealerships, both the big guys and the little shops.

Go Autos, without a doubt, was the easiest and nicest to work with. No pressure, helpful, informative, honest, and reasonably priced. Very happy with the entire process.
