Incomplete service

We took my wife`s Highlander to Boulder Toyota for scheduled maintenance and some additional service (to the tune of ~$2000). Part of the standard service was replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Later, when we brought the vehicle to Grease Monkey for an oil change, we found out they never replaced the cabin filter cover and broke off/removed all the clips that attach the engine cover. I`m convinced

Salesman Scott Vanderschel ""Vandy"" was just as passionate selling me a Corolla as he would have been if it would have been a Lexus- i`m convinced. I went home and told my wife about him....she`s a marketing professor.

Very considering
