FIXED THE WRONG PART!
Ok, so my 87 yo Father-in-law takes his car into this place because they are really nice to him but the last time he did, he was sold a $700 repair he didn`t need.
After a 10 diagnosis by listening to the engine noise, Wayne said he knew exactly what the problem was and changed the pwr steering pump. The noise persisted and Dad is trying to contact Wayne because this repair didn`t work. It appears the noise may be... view more coming from the alternator.
Will Wayne make it right and cut Dad a break on the repair he really needs or is this just another example of ripping off the elderly?
