This location not only put in the wrong drain plug on my car but they striped it so bad that it could not be removed. Now the only way to fix this blunder, without causing long term damage, is to replace the entire oil pan.

I saw a military wife walked out with $80 oil change, a highschool kid had to call his mama to get more money for $90+ oil change bill (after VIP 10% discount yet!).
