We have water tenders out on the Ponderosa fire. At 4.30 pm we get a phone call that one of the trucks has a broken pipe leading into the muffler. He is an hour away from Redding. We called Major Muffler, who closes at 5:00 pm, to see if they were willing to stay open to help us with our emergency repair. Fortunately, they were gracious enough to stay open and repair our truck so he could get back to the fire wi... view morethout getting dropped from the job. I can say how many time Major Mufflers has come through for me. My son lives in Burney and I live in Antioch. Yes you can imagine the stupid things he has done to the car. But each time it took one phone call to them and they fixed it. They are honest and their prices are good. I can only say thanks so much to these people.
