Worst service at CONCORD LEXUS...
Worst service at CONCORD LEXUS, CONCORD, CA. They let me schedule a service for Monday Dec 24 and then service dept. took a day off. This is expected from a garage down the road but NOT from lexus dealership. TEN thumbs down to this highly UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.
