The Worst Service Yet Again!!

My husband & I have tried in the past to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Since we didn`t have the best credit score they treated us like we had the black plague or something. Once we were able to bring our score up we went back to them & got a used 2003 Civic. At the time they had a promotion that you had three days to return the vehicle "Hassle Free" if you weren`t satisfied. Well we were ... view morenot to say the least. The car had water damage to the flooring which of course we were never told and it was probably in a flood since it was really extensive. The paper they put on the floor after washing it covered up the damage. So of course we returned it within the three days and it was far from being "Hassle Free"! They gave us the run around & my husband had to resort to contacting the management & even then we still had to wait for over a week to get our down payment back in the mail. We will never again try to do business with "Valencia Honda"! We ended up going to "Galpin Honda", now they know how to treat their customers. But that`s another review
