I had to wait a month to to figure out mine and the other parties insurance. My vehicle was appraised by four different appraisal companies. Over a month... I received TWO calls and was asked how we were doing, and the status of our vehicle.They were BOTH from Premiere. Our vehicle is at Premiere Collision for the repairs, the BEST place :)
