Friendly and Fast!!!

My family and I have been using CHADS for years. I woke up the other morning and someone had thrown a riverock through my back window. Just what I needed. I called CHADS as always and he came out the same day and repaired it back to original. My insurance referred him and it only cost me $100. Thanks for the great job on my car.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

I had an unfortunate incident with my vehicle window. My husband and i had just purchased a brand new car. On my first drive to work I heard a loud smack! Just my luck it cracked all the way across immediately! Since the car was brand new i was very nervous about having it replaced. I first called the dealer to see what the damage was going to be. I was shocked what the price was. No way could I afford it. I was tol... view mored by the service manager to call CHADS because he does all of the work for them anyways and could probably save me some money if I dealt with him direct. I called CHADS and was very pleased to see how professional they were and how at ease they made me feel. Still weary I asked other people about who to use and believe it or not everyone referred CHADS! CHADS showed up the following day in one of his supercool vans and installed my window perfectly! I highly recommend CHADS!!!! Thanks for the great price!!!!!

Customer Service

We have been using Chad`s Auto Glass for over 4 years now. We cannot say enough about Chad and his team. We use them for all of our in-house glass work and replacement glass for our customers vehicles and recommend customers to them directly. They do an awesome job for us everytime. not professional

I had an appointment with them in the a.m., but it was postponed due to an earlier appt.they had who was late. They were supposed to call me and never did. I finally made another appt. at there shop. There shop parking lot had pieces of glass all over and the work was done in the parking lot. When it came time to place the new glass, it was the wrong one. They didn`t even have the glass I asked for, i had no choice d... view moreue to the fact that my truck didn`t have a windshield. I can`t believe that a business would make an appt. without the appropriate product. I won`t be taking my business back to them.
