My company has been working with Joe, the owner of California Auto Tech in Garden Grove, for several years. He continually would know what repair was needed on a specific vehicle, claim to have ordered and received the part needed, have us bring in the car, only to have ordered the wrong part! I mean, Come On! He gives us the same excuse when he has the car in his shop and we ask why the repair isn?ˆ™t done?ˆ¦ ?ˆ?wrong p... view moreart, waiting for the right one?ˆ?. How do you order the wrong thing when you have the car?! The worst example of his unprofessional behavior is his having charged the company credit card 8 (eight), times for the same repair! Making an over charge of $10,000.00! He made excuse after excuse, stalling to credit the money back for over a month. We finally had to dispute the charges with the credit card company, who would only remove 5 of the charges, leaving a remaining over charge of nearly $4,000.00. He kept telling us he had put a check in the mail?ˆ¦ We finally had had enough of his excuses and empty promises, so we told him we were sending someone to his shop to pick up a cashier?ˆ™s check. He said ?ˆ?no problem, I?ˆ™ll run to the bank and have it here at the shop?ˆ?. She sat in traffic driving all the way over there, only to have him change his story saying the bank takes a day to have it ready, tomorrow?ˆ¦ He is a liar who continually has B.S. excuses. We will never use him again, and wouldn?ˆ™t recommend anyone else ever use him!
